We want you and your little one to be happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work for customers in Europe.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.


2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page or support email and include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

We will provide return instructions after receiving your request.


3. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned with all original parts and packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products may not be eligible for a refund unless the item is defective.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The item has been used beyond normal inspection

  • Damage was caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
